    • Mech morning tea will be on Level 3 at Leech Space
    • We plan to set up the posters for you (7-8 am on the day). You have to bring only any devices that you may use to present extra materials (e.g., videos).
    • During this time you can set up your prototypes on the tables that have been provided next to the poster boards.
    • Only small and lightweight prototypes or research demos that can fit nicely on the tables are allowed.
    • The tables used cannot support heavy loads. Please don’t place heavy prototypes on them and don’t sit on them.

    • After the 5 minutes of your brief presentation there will be 5 minutes of questions and answers (QA part).
    • The QA part may last longer as the judges may interrupt your presentation. Be prepared for possible interruptions.
    • Students that will be assessed in this slot will only lose 10-15 min of their lunch break.
    • We will create a judging schedule for this external assessment and we will send another announcement on Monday or Tuesday.
